2000 1C Lincoln Cent--Triple Struck, Second and Third Strikes Off Center--MS64 Red PCGS The first strike was normal. The second (or third) strike is approximately 85% off center toward 1 o'clock. The third strike (or the second, no way to know for sure since the off center strikes do not overlap) is 95% off center toward 6 o'clock.
