The mint employee who was putting the O mint mark on, placed it incorrectly in the horizontal axis, and realizing his mistake, rotated the punch and reapplied it. Satin-like luster blooms on both sides accenting the dove-gray and russet-tan toning. Sharply struck, the devices are very pleasing overall. COMBINED, PCGS and NGC have graded less than a dozen higher examples.
