The Westchester County Coin Club was Founded on April 15, 1934 and made famous in 1938 for its sponsorship of the New Rochelle Half Dollar!
Please feel free to learn more about the WCCC by attending one of our monthly meetings held on the 3rd Wed of each month all are welcome...We now meet at the YONKERS PUBLIC LIBRARY ( ALSO KNOWN AS THE GRINTON I WILL PUBLIC LIBRARY ) 1500 Central Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10710 Meeting time is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm FORMAT OF THE MEETINGS! A "Trading Table" is set up between 5:00pm - 6:00 pm - Don't miss some great bargains! At our February Meeting WCCC members discussed having an auction in September where members can Donate 1 Lot for the benefit of the club in exchange for 1 Free Lot submission. Without a donation there will be a $5 submission fee. Members should think of lots that they wish to donate for the benefit of the club for this event later in the Fall.
The John P. Jensen Award will be presented at our Annual Banquet in May. Nominees for 2023 are Frank Yannaco, Anthony Grillo, and Greg Reynolds; voting will take place in April. Further discussion will take place at our upcoming March meeting regarding venue options (Carlos vs. Cabin vs. Library). Thank you to Richard Wallace, Andy, and Joe T. for their help communicating with the restaurants.
The Winner of the Silver Heart Raffle coin at our February Meeting was Joe Amarosa!! Welcome back Joe !! The Raffle raised $95 for the Benefit of the Club !!

Further discussion about these events will occur at our upcoming February meeting and members should think of ideas or suggestions as well as volunteering for a committee.

Secret Santa Grab Bag – Members who wish to participate in this tradition should bring gifts averaging $5 - $10 to exchange with others. No formal topics this month but we will discuss plans / decide if the club will want to proceed with a Gold Coin Raffle in the New Year.

WCCC Meeting Nov 16, 2022 New Location !! Yonkers Public Library - Grinton I. Members are encouraged to bring family & friends to our monthly meetings & to seek new members. This will be the 1064th Consecutive Meeting. Our Donation Auction in October was a big success! Every item sold and $533 was raised for the benefit of the club! Much appreciation for all those who donated items for this event as well as to the members who took part in the often competitive bidding. It was a memorable evening. We will discuss plans for future auctions on an annual basis. Topics: 1) Anything for Veterans - Commemorative / Medals 2) Washington Quarters 3) U.S. Small Size Currency 4) Any Recent or Interesting Acquisitions Annual Elections will be held in December. The next meeting of the Westchester County Coin Club will be held on Wednesday, April 19th, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at Ciao Restaurant, 5-7 John Albanese Place, Eastchester, NY 10709. This will be the 996th consecutive meeting. This year the monthly meeting and the banquet have been combined. There will be no meeting at the Eastchester Library for this month only.
