1902 NGC Proof 64  CAC

 

Stunning high end proof, only 193 proofs were produced of the 1902 quarter eagle, and of that number probably fewer than half are extant today as recognizable proof strikings. This was also the first year of the all-brilliant method of proofing with the devices equally as brilliant as the fields. This is a particularly well preserved example, and it is very rare.
