The pattern obverse features a bust right of President Washington, encircled by the words GOD AND OUR COUNTRY and the the date below.  The reverse displays a wheat wreath surrounded by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  The denomination is at the center, with CENTS prominently curved.  Struck with a plain edge.  Variegated walnut-brown and orange gold dominate, though ruby-red and powder-blue are also present.  A fully struck and very impressive GEM piece!
