1863 PCGS MS65 CAC

Starting with the 1863 issue, the mintages were small for the three cent silver, and the dates saw little release to the outside marketplace. This is from just 21,000 business strikes which were minted in 1863, the second highest production from that year through the end of the series.

This Gem has frosty luster beneath lovely gold and iridescent toning.
